Mini canyon with 2 or 3 downclimbs and a 20 m waterfall.

Go to Alpe Giavine via Bannio, Valpiana and Riscillone. Park at the end of the asphalt road next to the material cable car.

Take the left path to Alpe Castelletto. Behind the building go to the right along a barely visible footpath. At the small shrine use the path through the bush into the direction of the weir. You need to downclimb small steps twice. You can equip yourself at the weir.

Climb down the weir, follow the river and enter the gorge on the right. You need to downclimb a few small steps and two a bit higher ones. After the 90° turn, you reach the final 20m waterfall, which has two bolts river left, one glue in, one homemade 8mm screw bolt. You can also exit river left on the top of that final drop. It is easily possible to unclip the rope on the bottom before entering the water, if the flow is not too high. Swim through the two pools to find the exit river right.

The path runs along the river for a few dozen metres and reaches the parking
