Wir verlassen die AP-7 - Autopista del Mediteráneo, Tarragona nach Valencia - kurz vor Erreichen des Ebro und fahren über die C-12 nordwärts nach Tortosa (nicht ganz 20 km bis Stadtmitte). In der Ortschaft fahren wir weiter auf der C-12 nordwärts in Richtung Lleida Etwa 3 km hinter der Ortschaft Xerta (und 14,5 km nach Tortosa - Zentrum) biegen wir links ab auf die N-230b in Richtung Gandesa. Nach weiteren 7,2 km biegen wir wieder links abbiegen auf die T-333 in Richtung Valderrobres. Nicht ganz 14 km nach der letzten Abzweigung kommen wir an eine T-Kreuzung, wo rechts die T-334 in nördlicher Richtung nach Horta de Sant Joan abgeht. Wir fahren noch einmal 5,5 km weiter auf der T-333 und biegen dann links ab in die Ortschaft Arnes. Hier suchen wir uns den Weg nach Süden - es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten - Richtung "Toll de Vidre". Nach 4,1 km kommen wir hinauf zum Coll de la Creu (590 m üNN) und stellen hier unser Auto ab.

We leave the AP-7 - Autopista del Mediteráneo, Tarragona to Valencia - shortly before reaching the Ebro and take the C-12 northwards to Tortosa (not quite 20 km to the town center). Once in the town, continue north on the C-12 towards Lleida. About 3 km after the town of Xerta (and 14.5 km after Tortosa town center), turn left onto the N-230b towards Gandesa. After another 7.2 km, turn left again onto the T-333 towards Valderrobres. Not quite 14 km after the last junction, we come to a T-junction where the T-334 turns off to the right in a northerly direction towards Horta de Sant Joan. We continue on the T-333 for another 5.5 km and then turn left into the village of Arnes. Here we head south - there are several options - towards "Toll de Vidre". After 4.1 km we come to the Coll de la Creu (590 m above sea level) and park our car here.
