Von Oloron-Sainte-Marie fahren wir auf der D-919, später dann D-918 in Richtung Tardets(-Sorholus). 1 km vor Erreichen der Ortschaft Tardets stoßen wir auf die D-26 und folgen ihr 13,2 km in südlicher Richtung (Larrau). Équipement vieillissant mais correct sur AN et spits. Il y avait de l'eau. Technique et sportif. Ne connaissant pas le canyon et l'eau nous barrant la vue on s'est demandé s'il n'y avait pas un relais dans la C45. Mais non, on descend d'une traite sous rappel arrosé. On revoit le premier qui descend lorsqu'il arrive au relai de Olhadubie. Ce relai permet de faire un débrayable du bas. Sinon ne pas prendre le relai et aller direct en bas. Fait avec cordes de 70m et 40m
